The Kenendy Chopper Class is pleased to welcome its newest sponsor: Flyrite Choppers. Flyrite Choppers has donated a sportster frame to the class for use on a future bike, and we would like to thank them for the donation. We’ve also added their plaque to the list of sponsors at the bottom of this page.
We started making parts with our new 3 axis CNC Mill from Milltronics. What a great Mill and what an even greater experience for the kids in the class!
We are beginning final assembly on the 1947 70′s style Knuckle Chopper now. Got the frame back from SE Customs powder coating last night. The frame is powder coated and has a nice dark brown/copper glitter on it. The bike can start to come together for the final assembly now.
The Vintage class project this year is coming close to completion. A 70′s style chopper with a stroked 1939 Knucklehead motor. This bike started as a few parts and has slowly grown into this bike over the last two years. Mr Baas has always done at least one Vintage build with the kids a year [...]
In addition to the choppers we are doing this year we will also be working on a 1930 Model A Coupe hot rod project. Stay tuned for this years chopper class updates which will include a 1930 Model A Coupe hot rod project.
