A new sponsor was added to the list at the bottom of our website today, the International Master Bike Builders Association (IMBBA). They were kind enough to donate tools and student workbooks to the class. The students will be using the workbooks while building the choppers this year, and they should prove to a valuable learning tool.

We started making parts with our new 3 axis CNC Mill from Milltronics. What a great Mill and what an even greater experience for the kids in the class!
We are beginning final assembly on the 1947 70′s style Knuckle Chopper now. Got the frame back from SE Customs powder coating last night. The frame is powder coated and has a nice dark brown/copper glitter on it. The bike can start to come together for the final assembly now.
The Vintage class project this year is coming close to completion. A 70′s style chopper with a stroked 1939 Knucklehead motor. This bike started as a few parts and has slowly grown into this bike over the last two years. Mr Baas has always done at least one Vintage build with the kids a year [...]
